- Remote areas and rural locations (delivery times may vary)
- Island territories: Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep (subject to availability)
2. Shipping Timeline
2.1 Standard Delivery: 5-7 Business Days
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Tier 3 Cities & Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

5.1 Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days
Once your order is confirmed, our team:
- Selects the freshest batch of products from our inventory
- Performs quality checks to ensure products meet our standards
- Packs products securely in food-grade, tamper-proof packaging
- Labels your order with batch number and best before date
- Hands over to courier partner for dispatch

7. Delivery Attempts
7.1 Successful Delivery
- Courier will attempt delivery to your provided address
- You'll receive a call from the delivery person before arrival
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order
- OTP or signature may be required for confirmation
7.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails (address not found, recipient unavailable):
- 1st Attempt: Courier will try again the next business day
- 2nd Attempt: If failed again, order is held at local courier office
- Notification: You'll receive SMS/email with pickup address and contact
- Hold Period: 3-5 days at local office; then returned to us

11. Delivery Issues
11.1 Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do not accept delivery if outer packaging is severely damaged
- If accepted, open immediately in front of delivery person
- Take photos/videos of damaged packaging and product
- Report to us within 24 hours at help@adavi.com
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
11.2 Missing Items
- Check your order confirmation email for items ordered
- Verify invoice inside the package
- If items are missing, contact us within 24 hours with order number
- We'll ship missing items immediately at no extra cost
11.3 Wrong Address Delivery
- Verify delivery address before placing order
- If order is delivered to wrong address due to our error, we'll resend
- If wrong address was provided by customer, reshipping charges apply
12. Address Changes
- Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately; address can be updated

Q: Can I pick up my order from a local warehouse?
A: Currently, we only offer doorstep delivery. Self-pickup is not available.
